Trainee, supervisor & branch coordination microsite
The challenge
Trainees were spread across many branches, supervisors tracked progress in separate spreadsheets, and programme coordinators had no reliable view of who was where, how they were performing, or which evaluations were overdue.
A microsite that manages graduate trainees end to end — placements, branch managers, supervisors, evaluations and reporting — in one coordinated system.

Architecture decisions
One record per trainee, many viewers
Trainee, supervisor, branch manager and programme coordinator all read the same record, each seeing only the fields their role allows.
Structured evaluation cycles
Evaluation rounds open and close on schedule, with automatic reminders so supervisor feedback lands before the cycle deadline.
Branch-level coordination
Placements, rotations and supervisor assignments are managed per branch, so movement between branches keeps its history.
Reporting built into the workflow
Completion, attendance and evaluation reports are generated from live data instead of being compiled by hand at term end.

Results
